The world was our oyster! And we were becoming fast friends who <strong>always celebrated the accomplishments of one another to also inspire ourselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flash forward 5 years (bottom picture) and we&#8217;re now living &amp; working on our entrepreneurial pursuits in New York City. We&#8217;re celebrating our 3-year anniversary as Manhattan roommates at the end of the summer &#8230; but most importantly, we celebrate the gratefulness of the everyday together as go-getter individuals who want to share their passions with the world.<\/p>\n<p>I share my passion with you on vintage &amp; thrift, and Jesse shares his passion on Broadway &amp; theatre.<\/p>\n<p>This week, Jesse launched a new component of his web site: a regular meet-up of NYC Broadway theatre enthusiasts to meet &amp; greet one another and to celebrate their shared interests and how it brings them together.<\/p>\n<p>This time last year, Jesse admitted to me that he would NEVER have thought he&#8217;d be planning Broadway fan MEET UPS! But here he is, a &#8220;director&#8221; of sorts to help his followers connect with him, connect with each other and connect with what gives them happiness on this earth now.<\/p>\n<p>Jesse is such an inspiration to me. From managing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stage-rush.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stage Rush<\/a> daily, filming episodes for<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stage-rush.com\/category\/stage-rush-tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Stage Rush&#8221; TV<\/a> and now hosting in-the-flesh meet &amp; greets around theatre, he is a friend, confidant and encourager who walked into my life nearly 5 years ago and I hope never, ever walks out!<\/p>\n<p>As we celebrate those in our lives, we celebrate ourselves &#8212; because<strong> we are all connected! <\/strong>Without my roommate&#8217;s passion for what he does, and without the passion for what I do &#8230; we would not be such beautifully perfect places in our lives right now.<\/p>\n<p>Remember <strong>that the person beside you<\/strong> &#8212; stranger or not &#8212; is a <strong>pillar of strength in your life when you remember to celebrate the talents unique to them. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As you see the beauty in everyone around you, they see the beauty in YOU &#8230; and the circle of gratefulness, as fueled by continuous celebration, will never, EVER stop turning.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>I celebrate you all today because you celebrate me!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">And to my source of inspiration today: CONGRATULATIONS JESSE!
